Dear Prospective Observer,

This exciting initiative offers a rare opportunity to witness real-time anesthesia care in our Main Operating Room. Whether you're exploring a career in healthcare or simply curious about the field of anesthesiology, this program is designed to be both educational and inspiring.

What to Expect:

• Apply & Schedule: Complete a brief online application, review key documents (including our Code of Conduct), and submit your availability. Once approved, you’ll receive a link to book your observation date. Observations are scheduled Tuesday through Friday, with one Observer per day.
• Prepare for Your Visit: You’ll receive detailed instructions on parking, attire, and check-in procedures. On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by a designated Sponsor who will guide you through the experience.
• Observe & Reflect: You’ll change into hospital scrubs, shadow anesthesia professionals in action, and conclude with a brief debrief to reflect on your experience.
• Share Feedback: After your visit, we’ll invite you to complete a short survey to help us continuously improve the program.

Participants are welcome to register for multiple sessions; however, to ensure the best possible learning environment within our high-acuity setting, we ask that you complete one session before booking a future date.

What Happens Next?
